How You Can Generate Articles from Your Deciphr’d Files
Spending lots of hours writing articles based on your transcripts? Well, you can save yourself the trouble of doing so from here on out by letting Deciphr AI handle the bulk of the work for you.
With Deciphr AI’s Article Writer feature, you can have full-length, in-depth, and insightful articles written using your text, audio, and video files in just a matter of minutes. This means you can say goodbye to constant bouts of writer’s block and wasting away hours of time on getting past the first sentence you put together.
Ready to overhaul your workflow and put out more high-value content? Here’s how you can generate an article from your file with Deciphr AI’s Article Writer feature:
Step #1: Head over to app.deciphr.ai and log into your Deciphr AI account.
Step #2: After logging in, you’ll be taken straight to the library page. From here, look for the purple “Upload” button on the upper left side of the screen and click it.
Step #3: Once you’ve clicked the upload button, you can upload the file you want to make audiograms out of in one of two ways—you can either:
Drag and drop your file directly into the upload window, or;
Click on the upload window to browse your device and select the file.
Step #4: Now that you have your file selected, you’ll be asked to trim your file (if necessary). If you only want a part of the file processed, use the trim function to customize your selection.
Step #5: After trimming your file, you’ll be asked to name the speakers in it—this will help a whole lot if you want details about who’s talking to be added to your reels. Go ahead and type in the names of the speakers for a more organized output.
Step #6: Once you’ve named your speakers, wait for Deciphr to generate your content—this usually takes 7 minutes (or less).
Step #7: After we’re done Deciphr-ing your file, you’ll be taken straight to its Content Suite page. To find the article we’ve generated for you, simply move your cursor to the left side of your screen and click on the “Article” tab under the “Content” section.
Step #8: On the Article window, you’ll find a full-length article that the Article Writer feature generated for you that covers the most important topics in your text, audio, or video file.
If you’re on the Hobbyist or Professional plans, you can also edit using the Real Time Content Editor feature and tweak your article if there are any revisions that need to be made. You can access this feature by clicking the “Edit” button on the upper right side of the window—this will allow you to make edits directly in the section!
Step #9: If you want to revise your article to meet a certain word count, then you can use the AI Assistant to either shorten or lengthen it by clicking the toggle button on the upper left side of the screen beside the “Edit” button and typing in the following prompt:
”Please revise this article to be [desired word count number] words.”
Step #10: To get your article, you can either download it or copy the content to an open doc file or notepad. (You can learn more about downloading your output in this article).
