How do I generate Audiograms from my file?

You can generate audiograms by logging into your account, and uploading the audio or video you want engaging content for.

Updated over a year ago

Turning golden moments in your audio and video recordings into easy-to-consume pieces of content can be pretty time-consuming and difficult…

Especially when you’re making audiograms out of them.

But, with Deciphr AI’s Audiogram generator feature, you won’t have to spend hours on mixing, matching, and splicing your files for a few seconds of content anymore—in fact, it’ll only take a matter of minutes.

Here’s how you can generate audiograms from your audio and video files with Deciphr AI:

Step #1: Head over to app.deciphr.ai and log into your Deciphr AI account.

Step #2: After logging in, you’ll be taken straight to the library page. From here, look for the purple “Upload” button on the upper left side of the screen and click it.

Step #3: Once you’ve clicked the upload button, you can upload the file you want to make audiograms out of in one of two ways—you can either:

  • Drag and drop your file directly into the upload window, or;

  • Click on the upload window to browse your device and select the file.

Step #4: Now that you have your file selected, you’ll be asked to trim your file (if necessary). If you only want a part of the file processed, use the trim function to customize your selection.

Step #5: After trimming your file, you’ll be asked to name the speakers in it—this will help a whole lot if you want details about who’s talking to be added to your reels. Go ahead and type in the names of the speakers for a more organized output.

Step #6: Once you’ve named your speakers, wait for Deciphr to generate your content—this usually takes 7 minutes (or less).

Step #7: After we’re done Deciphr-ing your file, you’ll be taken straight to its Content Suite page—a place where you can find all the content we’ve generated for you. To find the audiograms we’ve generated for you, simply move your cursor to the left side of your screen and scroll to the bottom until you get to the “Media” section of the content menu, where you’ll find the “Audiograms” tab.

Step #8: Go ahead and click the “Video Reels” tab to check out the video reels Deciphr AI’s generated using your file. You can watch each one of them by clicking a thumbnail and pressing the play button.

Step #9: If you want to change the animation style of your audiograms, head over to the upper right side of the Audiograms page and click on the drop-down menu beside the “Style” label. From here, feel free to experiment with our audiogram animation styles until you find an option that best matches your preferences.

Step #10: After going through the Deciphr-generated Audiograms and picking the style you prefer, you can download the audiograms you want to use by clicking the “Download” button at the bottom of your chosen option’s card.

NOTE: It isn’t possible to edit audiograms at the moment, but this feature is definitely coming up—stay tuned!
