How You Can Turn Your Files Into Video Reels

Spending hours on creating a single, simple, seconds-long video reel is never worth the kind of effort you need to put in—but if you’re committed to putting out engaging, high-quality content, then it’s necessary.

But, here’s the thing: you don’t have to spend hours manually putting a reel together when you use Deciphr AI to create video reels out of your audio and video files.

Here’s how you can do it:

Step #1: Head over to app.deciphr.ai and log into your Deciphr AI account.

Step #2: After logging in, you’ll be taken straight to the library page. From here, look for the purple “Upload” button on the upper left side of the screen and click it.

Step #3: Once you’ve clicked the upload button, you can upload the file you want to make video reels out of in one of two ways—you can either:

  • Drag and drop your file directly into the upload window, or;

  • Click on the upload window to browse your device and select the file.

Step #4: Now that you have your file selected, you’ll be asked to trim your file (if necessary). If you only want a part of the file processed, use the trim function to customize your selection.

Step #5: After trimming your file, you’ll be asked to name the speakers in it—this will help a whole lot if you want details about who’s talking to be added to your reels. Go ahead and type in the names of the speakers for a more organized output.

Step #6: Once you’ve named your speakers, wait for Deciphr to generate your content—this usually takes 7 minutes (or less).

Step #7: After we’re done Deciphr-ing your file, you’ll be taken straight to its Content Suite page—a place where you can find all the content we’ve generated for you. To find your video reels, simply move your cursor to the left side of your screen and scroll to the bottom until you get to the “Media” section of the content menu, where you’ll find the “Video Reels” tab.

Step #8: Go ahead and click the “Video Reels” tab to check out the video reels Deciphr AI’s generated using your file. You can watch each one of them by clicking a thumbnail and pressing the play button.

Step #9: After going through the Deciphr-generated video reels, you can download the reels you want to use by clicking the “Download” button at the bottom of your chosen reel’s thumbnail.
