If you already clicked on the “Request Verification Email” on your profile page but haven't received your confirmation email after signing up, don't worry—here's what you can do:

  1. Check Your Spam Folder: Sometimes, our emails can mistakenly end up in your spam folder (assuming that this is the first time you’ve interacted with us). To fix this, you can open your email inbox, head over to the spam or junk folder, and look for an email from Deciphr AI.

  2. Contact Our Support Team: If you've already checked your spam folder and still can't find the confirmation email, our support team is ready to help you out. Feel free to send an email to us over at [email protected] with the subject line "Confirmation Email Not Received".

To make the process quicker, include your registered email address in the body of the email as well.
