When you upload your first file on Deciphr AI, you’ll eventually realize that you can’t do so if your account isn’t verified yet.

We're all about making your life easier by transforming your audio, video, or document into a complete content suite—but before we dive into that magic, we need to make sure it's really you.

Generally, you’ll get an email from us prompting you to verify your account after you first signed up for Deciphr AI. (And if you didn’t get or weren’t able to find this file in your inbox, then we recommend checking your spam folder just in case it ended up there).

If you’ve signed up via Google, on the other hand, then your account is automatically verified—but if you didn’t, then you’ll have to manually verify yourself (which takes just a few minutes!)

To quickly verify your Deciphr AI account, go ahead and follow these steps:

Step #1: Visit app.deciphr.ai and log into your account.

Step #2: Once you're on the home page, look at the upper right-hand corner of the page. You'll see a button with your name on it. Click this button.

Step #3: A drop-down menu will appear. From this menu, select "Profile Settings". This action will direct you to your profile page.

Step #4: On your profile page, scroll down until you see a link that says "Request Verification Email". Click this link.

Step #5: Now, open a new tab or window and log into your email account. Look for an email from us with the subject line "Verification Email".

Step #6: Open the email with the subject line “Verify Email for Deciphr.AI” and find the "Verify Email" button. Clicking this button will confirm your email address and take you back to the Deciphr home page.

But, if you already have a Deciphr AI-registered email address, we’ll be more than happy to process them for you. To do this, here are a few steps you can follow:

Step #1: Head over to app.deciphr.ai and log into your account.

Step #2: Now that you’re on the homepage, click the “Support” button on the bottom right side of the page.

Step #3: With the support window up, click the “Send us a message” tab to get in touch with our specialists so we can verify your email for you!
