Having trouble logging into your Deciphr AI account?

No need to worry, though—just try these fixes out and you’ll be back on your content creation routine in no time:

For Password-Related Issues

If you can’t log into your Deciphr AI account because you forgot your password, there’s no need to be embarrassed—that’s what the “Forgot Password” button is for.

Here’s how you can change your password and hop back in:

Step #1: Head over to app.deciphr.ai—this will take you straight to the log-in window.

Step #2: Look for the clickable “Forgot Password” link below the password entry form and click it.

Step #3: Once you’re on the “Forgot your password?” tab, type in your Deciphr AI-registered email and click “Submit”. After doing this, you’ll receive a message on the lower right side of the screen that says “Password reset request sent. Please check your e-mail!”.

Step #4: Check your email inbox for a message from [email protected] with a subject line that says “Your Deciphr Password”. Once you find it, open the email and click the “Reset Password” button in the body—this will take you straight to our password reset page.

Step #5: On the “Forgot your password?” page, type your new password into the “New Password” and “Retype New Password” fields and click “Submit”.

For Page-Related Issues

If it’s not a password-related issue, then you might not be able to log into Deciphr AI because you’re on the wrong page.

To fix this, check the Login page you’re on and make sure you're on the right page. You should be accessing your account through the correct login page at https://app.deciphr.ai/auth/login

For Cache-Related Issues

Sometimes, your browser's stored data might be the reason you can’t log into Deciphr AI—which means you’ll need to clear out your browser's cache and cookies.

Here’s how can clear your cache and cookies:

Step #1: Open your browser settings.

Step #2: Find the option that deals with your history, cache, or cookies. This is often located under "Privacy" or "Advanced" settings.

Step #3: Choose the option to clear your cache and cookies.

Step #4: Close and reopen your browser.

After you've cleared your browser's cache and cookies, try logging in again.

If you’re still having trouble after these steps, send us a message and our support team at [email protected] will help you out!
