If you can’t access your Deciphr account because of a forgotten password, you can follow these steps to reset it:
Go to our website at deciphr.ai.
On the Log In page, click Forgot Password.
Enter the email you used to create your DAI account and click Submit.
Check your email for a password reset link from us.
Didn't see it? Make sure to check your spam folder or ensure [email protected] is unblocked.
Open the email and click Reset Password.
Set your new password and click Submit.
After resetting your password, you should be able to log into your Deciphr account using your new password.
