Deciphr AI transforms your files into a complete content suite in minutes, freeing you to focus on what you do best: creating.

Here's how to use Deciphr AI:

Step #1: Visit app.deciphr.ai to log into your account.

Step #2: On the home page, look for the purple "Upload" button in the upper left-hand corner of the page and click it.

Step #3: Here's how to upload your file:

Step #4: After picking and uploading your file, you'll have the option to trim your audio or video file. When you're satisfied with the trim, click "Continue". Step #5: Now, you can specify the speakers in your upload. This will make it easier to navigate your transcript later. If there are more than two speakers, click "Add new speaker" until all speakers are noted and labelled for.

Step #6: After entering the speaker names, click "save".

Step #7: Now, just wait for Deciphr AI to process your file. You can check the processing time under "Processing Your File"—and you'll also receive an email from us when your file is ready.

Step #8: Once your file is processed, you can find it on the Library page. Click the card with your file's name to access your content suite—which includes your file’s show notes, summary, transcript, article, social media captions, Tweet thread, quotes, timestamps, and Audiograms (and Video Reels, if you’re on the Professional Plan).

Step #9: Go through the generated content. For subscribers of paid plans, you can edit content type right on the app. You can also use the AI Assistant to prompt the output to change in whatever way you need.

Step #10: Once you're satisfied with the content we’ve generated for you, click on the “Download” button beside the name of your output card and tick all the boxes of output that you want to get.

Step #11: If you want to share your Deciphr AI-generated output, you can click the “Share” button right below the download button and generate a public Deciphr Page you can link anywhere you wish!
