Change your subscription plan
Step 1: Log in to your account at https://deciphr.ai/.
Step 2: Click on your Profile Name located at the top-right corner of the navigation bar. Then in the dropdown menu, click on Upgrade.
Step 3: You'll land on the pricing page. Here, select the plan you want: Flexi Free, Hobbyist, or Professional.

Step 4: Click on the Upgrade or Downgrade button under the plan you're eyeing.
To upgrade your plan
Step 1: In the checkout form
Pick your payment frequency (monthly or yearly)
Enter your payment details (if you have a promo code, this is the time to use it)
If you want to upload more content, you can add extra credits as an additional one-time purchase with your plan
Step 2: Double-check your details, then click “Make Payment”.
The change is instant so you can enjoy those new features right away!
To downgrade your plan
Step 1: In the pop-up form
If you change your mind and would like assistance, click on “Yes, I need help!” to be marked as high priority and handled ASAP
If not, click “No, please cancel”
Step 2: Your new plan kicks in at the next billing cycle. Until then, you still have access to all the features of your current plan.
