Deciphr AI does not offer a traditional money back guarantee. However, we do provide credits refunds in certain situations.

If Deciphr AI's output does not work as intended for your uploaded file, you can request a refund of the credits used to process that file.

To request a credit refund:

Step 1: Contact our support team via the live chat window and let us know the issue you had with Deciphr AI's content generation.

Step 2: We will review your account and refund any credits for files that did not process properly.

While we don't have a monetary refund policy, we want to make sure you are satisfied with Deciphr AI's performance. Please reach out to our chat support if you have any files needing credit refunds.
