Understanding Your Subscription Tier Limits
Deciphr AI has different subscription tiers, each with its own limits on file size and length:
Flexi Free users: You can upload files up to 40 minutes in length and up to 250MB in size.
Hobbyist users: You can upload files up to 90 minutes in length up to 1GB in size.
Professional users: You can upload files up to 240 minutes in length up to 5GB in size.
If you're seeing the 'Your file is too powerful!' message, it's likely that your file exceeds these limits.
Upgrading Your Subscription
If you need to upload larger or longer files, you might want to consider upgrading your subscription to a higher tier plan.
