Why am I experiencing a network error when I sign up?

If you’re having trouble signing up for Deciphr, you can try checking and fixing your internet and browsing settings

Having trouble signing up? Here are a few quick fixes that could help you troubleshoot the problem:

Fix #1: Check your internet connection

The first thing you can try if you’re having difficulty signing up for Deciphr AI is to confirm whether your device is connected to the internet or not. If you’re not sure, then here’s a quick diagnosis list that you can follow:

  • If you try opening a new webpage and it doesn’t load, your internet connection might be the problem.

  • If your internet is slow or unstable, try resetting your router.

  • If you're using a public network, consider switching to a private one. Sometimes, public networks can have restrictions that could interfere with the sign-up process.

Fix #2: Clear your browser cache and cookies

If your internet connection is fine, the issue could be with your browser. Clearing your browser cache and cookies can often solve the problem. Once you've cleared the cache and cookies, restart your browser and try signing up again.

Fix #3: Update or switch your browser.

If clearing your cache and cookies didn't work, make sure your browser is up to date.

But, if updating your browser doesn't help, consider trying a different browser. If you can sign up successfully in a different browser, the issue might be with the original one you were using.

(For additional reference, here’s an article with a list of browsers that Deciphr AI supports.)

Fix #4: Contact support

If none of the first three fixes work, you can get in touch with [email protected] for assistance with your sign-up error issue.
