Here's how you can report a bug or an error to us:
Step 1: Open the support window by clicking the purple chat button on the bottom right side of your screen.
Step 2: Click “send us a message” to start a conversation with our support team.
Step 3: Briefly describe the problem you’re experiencing with Deciphr AI and include the following details:
What part of the page or process you experienced the bug in;
The error message or code you received while experiencing the bug;
Whether the bug is a new or recurring issue in your experience on Deciphr AI, and;
What happens whenever you encounter the bug—and how it’s affecting your output or workflow.
Once you’ve written these details down, click send—a representative will get back to you as soon as possible.
